Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the operations team, providing clear direction, coaching, and mentorship.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for the efficient and effective operation of renewable energy projects.
• Collaborate with senior management to align operations with overall company objectives.
• Oversee the successful execution of renewable energy projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify opportunities for performance optimization.
• Implement strategies to maximize efficiency and output of renewable energy assets.
• Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource utilization.
• Collaborate with finance and procurement teams for resource planning and procurement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and environmental requirements.
• Stay informed about changes in regulations affecting renewable energy operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in operations management within the renewable energy sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent strategic planning and project management abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of renewable energy systems and their operations.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory requirements in the renewable energy industry.
