The Project

Mace is supporting the delivery of a landmark sports and entertainment venue in the Middle East. Designed with sustainability and cultural inspiration at its core, this world-class facility will host major global events and serve as a centerpiece for a transformative urban development.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Directing the development and implementation of strategic management plans across programmes or accounts.
• Driving business growth and market positioning through account expansion and relationship management.
• Overseeing delivery of major projects, ensuring alignment with vision, objectives, and governance standards.
• Managing resources, recruitment, and team performance to optimize productivity and service excellence.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, sustainability, risk management, and regulatory frameworks.
• Converting client vision into actionable plans leveraging C2P, net zero carbon, and digital innovation.
• Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, acting as the primary client interface and CRM lead.
• Monitoring performance, financial viability, and continuous improvement to achieve strategic priorities.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Degree or ONC/HNC/HND (or equivalent).
• Understanding, articulation and implementation of the RIBA and BSRIA design frameworks.
• Middle East experience is an advantage.
