Job Description

Parsons is looking for a highly talented Staffing Operations Coordinator to join our Qiddiya Delivery Partner team! In this role you will get to work as part of our SAPL Qiddiya Infrastructure Partner (QIP), supporting our Operations and Commercial work within the Operations Management team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate the Program Staffing function
• Follow up with Program Sector Directors on their staffing requirements
• Arrange interviews (internal and with the Client various stakeholders)
• Liaise and oversee the recruitment activities performed by the Talent Acquisition team
  
  
  

Preferred Educational Background

• Degree in a technical field or related field (or equivalent)
  
  
  

Skills And Competencies

• Demonstrated teamwork mindset and sense of the priority.
• Strong written and oral communication, organizational, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills are required.
• Ability to follow through and to clearly deliver against work instructions in a complex multi-party environment.
• Must function effectively under time constraints, schedule workload to meet deadlines, and have the ability to prioritize.
• Proven hands-on experience
• Ability to work in a matrix organization (dual reporting). Ability to interact with senior-level management. Ability to consult, motivate, and negotiate effectively with client groups, co-workers, employees, vendors, and contractors.
• Strong organization and follow through abilities.
