About The Team

The Supply team at Careem is the driving force behind our Captain community, focusing on engagement, onboarding, and delivering operational excellence on the ground. We work closely with Captains to resolve issues, manage key programs like Super Captains, and ensure a high-quality experience that fuels the growth of the Careem platform. This fully field-based team plays a critical role in strengthening our presence and performance in the market.

What You'll Do

• Onboard and activate new Captains.
• Distribute SWAG and maintain distribution records.
• Provide real-time, on-ground support to resolve Captain issues.
• Conduct field checks for compliance with standards.
• Manage and coach Super Captains.
• Support Captain engagement and communication.
• Monitor competitors and share insights.
• Assist with product rollouts and pilot tests.
• Ensure timely resolution of support tickets
  
  

What You'll Need

• Strong passion for improving lives through operational excellence and customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Confident and proactive communicator with a hands-on approach.
• Good technical literacy and familiarity with mobile apps and reporting tools.
• Prior experience in field operations, logistics, or ride-hailing services is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
