Job Title: Operational Excellence Specialist
Location: King’s Hospital, Jeddah
King's College Hospital is seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Specialist to enhance operational performance and patient experience. This role focuses on embedding a culture of continuous improvement through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with teams to implement King's Jeddah Operational Excellence framework
- Lead improvement projects and identify workflow optimization opportunities.
- Facilitate Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen events, and root cause analyses across hospital functions.
- Analyze patient and staff feedback to drive improvements.
- Deliver Lean and Process Improvement training and develop resources to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
- 3+ years in operational excellence or process improvement.
- Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and project management tools.
Key Competencies:
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proven change agent with stakeholder engagement experience.
