Oversee daily logistics and warehouse activities to ensure smooth workflows, timely order fulfillment, and efficient resource allocation. This role involves coordinating with vendors, handling documentation, resolving operational issues, and supporting process improvements to meet organizational goals.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.

Oversee daily logistics and warehouse activities to ensure smooth workflows, timely order fulfillment, and efficient resource allocation. This role involves coordinating with vendors, handling documentation, resolving operational issues, and supporting process improvements to meet organizational goals.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Monitor and coordinate day-to-day warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Ensure material issuance is processed accurately and released on time.
- Track inbound/outbound shipments and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Engaging with carriers, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers to schedule deliveries and resolve transportation issues.
- Handle breakbulk transportation, DHL Shipment (inbound/outbound) and custom duty payments.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Update inventory,Control, assist with cycle counts, stock audits and Custom clearance.
- With bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience or education
- With 3 -5 years of experience in a Warehouse Management role.
- Solid understanding of warehouse procedures and regulations.
- Familiarity with inventory control and distribution operations.
- Displays strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Possesses proven communication (both written and oral) skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software.
