- Providing Customer Support Service
- Process orders according to department guidelines and policies
- Maintain customer purchase order records.
- Effectively engage with inter-company departments
- Meet quality, productivity, turnaround time, and other expectations.
- Review all selections and options and ensure PO is accurate.
- Identifying back order/ out of stock items, must have attention to detail to ensure accuracy of each order pulled.
- Timely Update of OI Master Sheet
- Prepare Purchase Request
- Prepare Delivery Notes & Shipping Documents
- Prepare Invoicing Request
- Handling Unfulfilled Orders
- Update AR Sheet
- AR Follow-up with customers
- Follow-up for GR/SES with customers
- AR Collection to achieve DSO target
- Support Backlog Update
- Maintain OH Folders in Server
- Schedule Customer Order Delivery
- Resolve Queries Related to Order Handling
- Support to Meet Dept. KPI related to Order Handling
- Monitoring and Recording of Inbound/Outbound Materials
- Timely Update of Material ETA/ETD to Projects team
- Resolve Customer & Dept. Queries Related to Order Handling
- Manage Special Business Process
- Diploma/degree or equivalent.
- 3 Years of experience in office administrative support
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Power Point, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Team player
- Knowledge and understanding of organizational policy and procedures
- Time Management and well organized
- Ability to work under pressure
- Problem Solving
- Effective Communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Computer skills
