The Sales Team

Our Sales team paves the way to Property Investment success, providing expert guidance, tailored solutions, and ongoing support every step of the way. We are looking for an experienced Online Sales Manager to lead and grow our Telesales team in the Saudi real estate (fractional fund) sector. The role involves managing a high-performing team that sells private real estate funds to retail and qualified investors. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, knowledge of investment products, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Team Leadership & Sales Performance:

  • Recruit, train, and oversee a team of Telesales professionals specialising in real estate.
  • Set and monitor sales targets for both individual team members and the overall department.
  • Provide continuous coaching, sales training, and performance improvement strategies.
  • Ensure the team effectively communicates the value proposition of fractional real estate investments.

Sales Strategy & Investor Engagement

  • Develop and implement telesales strategies tailored to retail and qualified investors.
  • Optimise sales scripts and pitches to maximise investor conversions.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with investor acquisition campaigns.
  • Identify high-potential leads and ensure follow-ups to nurture investor relationships.

Performance Tracking & CRM Management

  • Utilise Salesforce CRM to track investor interactions, manage leads, and generate reports.
  • Monitor key sales metrics such as conversion rates, call volume, and revenue performance.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on sales trends and investor behaviour.

Investor Relationship Management & Compliance

  • Ensure a strong focus on investor education and trust-building during sales calls.
  • Address investor queries and concerns professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi regulatory requirements for funds and investment sales.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Sales revenue from fractional real estate investments.
  • Conversion rates from leads to investors.
  • Retention and satisfaction of investors.
  • Team productivity and target achievement.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Telesales Manager, preferably in investment sales, real estate, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of real estate investment products and crowdfunding platforms.
  • Expertise in CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) and sales analytics.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of Saudi investment regulations is a plus.
