Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Identity & Access Governance Administrator to join our prestigious managed security services company. As a vital member of our dynamic team, you will collaborate with a talented group of more than 12 IAM professionals, including system administrators, developers, and a dedicated 24x7 operations team.
Duties
As an IAG Administrator, your main responsibility will be to efficiently manage and operate the One Identity Manager solution. Additionally, you will work closely with the front office staff to handle day-to-day operational tasks. You main duties will include the following:
System Administration: In this pivotal role, you will be accountable for ensuring the seamless functioning of the One Identity Manager solution and its underlying components. This includes overseeing scheduled and automated processes to ensure their successful execution. You will also actively monitor and perform housekeeping tasks to minimize any disruption to daily operations.
Correction and Enhancements: We embrace a Continuous Next mindset, continuously striving for improvements and integrations. As the IAG Administrator, you will collaborate closely with the development team to analyze and implement enhancements for existing IAG processes.
Auditing and Reporting: The IAG Administrator will be responsible for generating reports based on client and external auditing teams' requests. You will also analyze and investigate any user-reported incidents from the incident management or fraud investigation team.

Requirements
To be considered for the position of One Identity Manager Administrator, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of comprehensive experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), including a proven track record of extensive work with One Identity Manager.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end user lifecycle processes, covering architecture, design, engineering, implementation, and operations. Specialization in leveraging the capabilities of One Identity Manager is highly desirable.
- Proficient in problem management and troubleshooting specific to One Identity Manager, able to efficiently analyze and resolve technical issues.
- Demonstrated expertise in identity lifecycle management processes, including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) workflows, user recertification, role management, and the implementation of role-based access control (RBAC) models.
- Extensive experience integrating identity governance systems with on-premise and cloud applications. Proven track record of establishing custom integrations using diverse connectors such as SCIM, SOAP, database, RESTful APIs, and web services.
- Familiarity with IT applications like Active Directory and Exchange would be advantageous.
