Description

JOB SUMMARY:

The role of the Onboarding Specialist is to create and develop comprehensive programs, conduct orientation sessions and provide support to ensure a smooth transition for the new joiners. By coordinating resources, addressing logistical needs and facilitating effective communication, they help new hires integrate into the company culture and become productive members of the organization. Ensure compliance with legal requirements, assist with paperwork and offer practical support such as onboarding assistance.

Driving engagement, and productivity through streamlined processes, positive experiences, and effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and ensures onboarding activities are aligned with local regulations and TUV SUD global standards.

Collaborate

RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY:

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and business units to ensure alignment and smooth execution of onboarding activities across the Saudi Arabia.

Process Harmonization

  • Harmonization of onboarding processes and procedures across the Saudi arabia, ensuring consistency and compliance with local and organizational standards.

Arrangements

Plan and coordinate the logistics of new employee onboarding, including scheduling and preparing initial accommodation, Medical and Visa coordination, work desk & IT arrangements etc.

Orientation & New Employee Experience

  • Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new hires to the company's culture, values, policies and procedures. Schedule and coordinate onboarding activities, providing guidance and support to new hires throughout the process.
  • Provide regular insights to business leaders on new employee experience and process efficiency.

Documentation

  • Ensuring completion of paperwork and following all legal and administrative compliance when onboarding candidates.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate processing of all employee-related documentation, including contracts and benefits.

HR Metrics And Continuous Improvement

  • Utilize HR metrics and data analytics to monitor and improve people operations processes and outcomes.
  • Provide regular insights to business leaders on employee satisfaction, HR quality, and process efficiency.

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Having international HR certification will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in as onboarding specialist in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong knowledge of labour law of GCC countries, HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding and placement.
  • Experience working in a multi-country/region environment, particularly in the Middle East.
  • Strong Knowledge of local labour laws and regulations related to onboarding and employee documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HR analytics to enable data-driven decision-making and strategic workforce planning.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
