On-site representative Adhesives - KSA

About this Position To provide on-site technical service support at designated customer production lines, ensuring optimal product application, performance monitoring, inventory management, and proactive customer engagement to support Henkel’s business objectives.

What You´ll Do

• Provide routine technical service at customer production lines to ensure high-quality output for all Henkel products.
• Conduct inventory management and oversee customer consumption processes, including material ordering, execution, and usage tracking.
• Maintain accurate consumption data records, support demand forecasting, and facilitate smooth supply chain operations, including paperwork and payment processes.
• Continuously monitor application parameters, including environmental conditions and material performance, escalating any technical challenges to the responsible Application Engineer.
• Stay informed of competitor activities within the plant (e.g., testing, pricing, new product trials), and provide timely updates to internal teams.
• Serve as the primary contact between the customer line and Henkel, ensuring efficient communication and service delivery.
• Support and implement the Henkel (IoT solutions) on-site for digital process optimization and traceability.
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Educational background in Business, Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Market Research, Social Sciences, or Psychology.
• Passion for consumer insights, product innovation, and research methodologies.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in technical service or operations.
• Certificate in technical expertise in engineering, chemistry, or related field.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and engage with people from different cultural backgrounds.
• Strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with videomaking and infographics is a plus.
• Ability to organize data, find patterns, and synthesize insights effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
