Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate daily office operations to ensure efficiency.

  • Oversee scheduling, correspondence, and documentation for senior management.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures for operational excellence.
  • Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations in the workplace.
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to support office needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
