As the CEO Office Manager you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO’s office while driving communication and collaboration across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to be at the heart of executive decision-making and organizational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities


Executive Support:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel plans.
  • Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.

Office Management:

  • Oversee daily operations of the CEO’s office, managing calls, correspondence, and inquiries.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems to ensure an efficient workspace.

Project Coordination:

  • Assist the CEO and executive team with planning and managing various projects.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
  • Track project timelines and budgets, providing regular updates to the CEO.

Communication and Liaison:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications for the CEO.
  • Ensure effective communication between the CEO’s office and other departments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including board members, clients, and partners.

Event Planning:

  • Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and retreats, managing logistics and vendor relations.
  • Ensure seamless execution of events within budget.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in executive support or office management.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, with a professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office tools.
  • Discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Project management and event planning experience is a plus.
