The purpose of this role is to oversee the day-to-day functioning of the office and ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly. The successful incumbent will provide support to staff and management, including handling correspondence, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings. This role reports into the Office Manager.

The purpose of this role:
The purpose of this role is to oversee the day-to-day functioning of the office and ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly. The successful incumbent will provide support to staff and management, including handling correspondence, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings. This role reports into the Office Manager.
What will you be doing?
- Oversee and maintain the receptionist area
- Ensure there are adequate office supplies and manage the inventory
- Managing and distribution of shipments
- Maintaining office equipment
- Preparation of presentations, reports, collection of data and managing emails for the Vice President of the region
- Managing Employer Branding and Employer Value Proposition
- Very strong knowledge and experience in MS Excel (pivot & VLOOKUP mandatory)
- Good experience in handling common social media tools
- Two years experience in an administrative role
- Strong Administrative Skills
- Strong in English Communication written and spoken
