Annual Salary: SR165,300 – SR196,350, plus Housing and Transport allowances

Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Contract: Permanent, Full time (40 hours per week)

As an Office Administrator, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the smooth running of our office in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will provide essential support to our employees, manage relationships with external suppliers, and ensure compliance with local legal requirements. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining a productive and welcoming office environment, allowing our team to excel and achieve their goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • General office administration, including timely payment of invoices, budget control, and liaison with suppliers.
  • Front office support, handling incoming calls and emails, and addressing general inquiries.
  • Accurate collation and return of office expense reports.
  • Liaising with government agencies and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Supporting the Country Manager with budget management and reporting.
  • Managing IT and general office maintenance.
  • Health & Safety representative for the office.

About You

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong organisational and communication skills. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence. A native speaker in a local language with excellent English (minimum B2) is essential. Previous experience in office administration within a global organisation is preferred.

  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
