How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Administer, consult, and negotiate product/service contracts with external customers.
- Develop pre-sales contract strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Structure proposals, contracts, and bid documents that align with business goals.
- Negotiate contracts and manage amendments to accommodate scope changes.
- Ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations from all contracting parties.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in contract management, negotiation, or sales support.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to achieving business objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction.
