• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing Odoo projects.
• Excellent skills in system analysis and technical solution design.
• Experience in developing and customizing Odoo modules according to business needs.
• Proficient in programming languages used in Odoo such as Python.
• Experience with databases like PostgreSQL.
• Deep understanding of ERP concepts and their implementation in Odoo.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and under pressure.
• Strong project and task management skills.
• Basic knowledge of business management and commercial operations.
Responsibilities:
• Implement and customize Odoo solutions to meet client requirements.
• Analyze business requirements and develop system analysis documents.
• Provide technical support and training to end users.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure project success.
• Keep track of and apply Odoo updates and new releases.
• Offer technical consultancy and suggestions for system improvements.
• Prepare periodic reports on project progress and potential issues.
• Conduct quality tests and ensure system stability post-customization.
• Provide solutions to technical problems and handle issues efficiently.
• Develop APIs and integrate with other systems.
• Ensure data security and compliance with standards and policies.
• Recommend performance improvements and expand system usage.
