As part of the Green Riyadh Program, one of the world's most significant
greening projects, bödeker leads the Tree Management Office (TMO).
This office plays a key role in transforming Riyadh into a greener and more
livable city.
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead and manage our nursery operations, ensuring sustainable practices, high-quality standards, and exceptional service.
Your Responsibilities
Leadership and Organization
- Plan and coordinate daily operations of the nursery.
- Oversee production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Team Management
- Lead, train, and supervise the nursery team.
- Recruit and onboard new team members.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment.
Plant Production
- Oversee the cultivation and care of plants and trees.
- Implement sustainable growing methods and maintenance practices.
Customer Service and Sales
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Provide support to customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
Financial Management
- Develop and manage budgets for the nursery.
- Monitor costs and optimize resource use.
Quality Control
- Ensure compliance with regulations and environmental standards.
- Conduct regular quality and health inspections of plants.
Innovation Management
- Stay updated on the latest technologies in nursery production.
- Introduce innovations to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
Your Profile
- Completed education or degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in the nursery or horticulture industry, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of plant production, care, and marketing.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- A team-oriented and independent work ethic.
- Strong organizational skills and a high level of responsibility.
- Knowledge of financial management and budgeting is an advantage.
