Your Role
The Network Key Account Manager for the Healthcare vertical is responsible for driving business growth and development for key accounts within the region as well as globally where required. This position will be assigned a set number of customers from the Global Account Programme and will focus exclusively on these customers. The role is responsible for taking ownership of these customers within the Kuehne+Nagel structure

Your Role
The Network Key Account Manager for the Healthcare vertical is responsible for driving business growth and development for key accounts within the region as well as globally where required. This position will be assigned a set number of customers from the Global Account Programme and will focus exclusively on these customers. The role is responsible for taking ownership of these customers within the Kuehne+Nagel structure
Your Responsibilities
- Adhere to internal healthcare guidelines, procedures, and minimum requirements as defined in the Global GxP Policy for Healthcare.
- Ensure training compliance as per the defined training matrix.
- Maintain basic GxP awareness, including requirements and applicable guidelines.
- Responsible for customer growth and retention through portfolio planning and optimization.
- Ensure high quality and completeness of account plans for GKAMs and Network KAMs.
- Maintain a sufficient vertical pipeline with high data quality in CoreLOG.
- Support Team KAMs in strategic tenders and escalation management.
- Assist in the development of industry value propositions, including innovative services and products, while working with Business Units, specific industry teams, and key accounts.
- Manage customer performance for key accounts within the region (GP and volume) and initiate or support corrective actions in case of target deviations.
- Build internal and external industry network relations and represent Kuehne+Nagel as a lead expert. Act as a senior Kuehne+Nagel representative for key accounts in the assigned industry, maintaining and developing strong customer relationships.
- Promote knowledge sharing and management within the account management team through content leadership, marketing materials, myKN, workshops, and other initiatives.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in key account management, business development in logistics industry.
- Proven ability to drive customer growth and retention through portfolio planning, account optimization, and strategic business development.
- Expertise in supporting strategic tenders, managing escalations, and driving industry-specific value propositions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to develop long-term customer relationships.
- Willingness to travel as required and work in a dynamic, international environment.
