Job Description

TÜV SÜD Middle East is seeking a skilled NDT Inspector to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting non-destructive testing (NDT) on various materials and structures to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform NDT methodologies including but not limited to ultrasonic testing, radiographic testing, magnetic particle testing, and liquid penetrant testing.
  • Interpret test results and provide detailed reports with analysis and recommendations for further action.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain inspection equipment and ensure calibration to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated on the latest NDT technologies and techniques to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Participate in audits and inspections as required by clients and regulatory agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations during all testing activities.

Qualifications

  • Relevant certification in NDT methods (e.g., ASNT Level II or equivalent).
  • A degree in engineering, materials science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in NDT inspection within relevant industries such as oil and gas, manufacturing, or construction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency in using NDT-related software and tools.
