نبحث عن موظفة مبيعات عبر الهاتف (Telesales) للانضمام إلى فريقنا!
إذا كنتِ لبقة في الحديث، تعرفين كيف تكسبين ثقة العميل وتوصلين له المعلومة بشكل بسيط، وتحسين تقنعينه بخدمات ممتازة — فمكانك معنا.
العمل عن بُعد أو من مقر الشركة (حسب المتوفر)
دوام كامل – الفترة الصباحية
اللغة الإنجليزية غير مطلوبة، الأهم إنك تعرفين تتعاملين مع الناس بطريقة ذكية واحترافية.
وش المطلوب منك؟- الرد على استفسارات العملاء سواء عبر الهاتف أو الواتساب.
- شرح خدمات الشركة بطريقة واضحة وسلسة.
- متابعة العميل من أول تواصل إلى توقيع العقد.
- تسجلين كل التفاصيل بدقة واحترافية في النظام.
- تحققي أهداف المبيعات الشهرية.
- تكونين جادة وتحبين الشغل.
- عندك مهارات إقناع قوية وتحبين التحدي.
- تعرفين تتعاملين مع أكثر من عميل في نفس الوقت.
- لو عندك خبرة في المبيعات أو خدمة العملاء، شيء ممتاز (بس مو شرط).
- استخدام التطبيقات مثل واتساب وجوجل فورم شيء أساسي.
- راتب شهري ثابت + عمولات مجزية.
- تدريب كامل في البداية على كل شيء.
- بيئة عمل محفزة وتفتح لك فرص تطوير حقيقية.
