Position Objective
The National Service Sales Manager works on country level Key accounts ensuring utomost reach and relation with heads of Biomedical engineering, Procurement, C-Suit levels and KOLs identifying and securing opportunities for SLAs in all shapes and forms supporting our mission for excellence in servicing Getinge Product lines this is a pivotal role liasing sales and service through specialized business models architecured to mostly suit needs and budgets.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Include the following; other functions may be assigned as business conditions change.
- Maintain an updated list of KOLs with contacts for Heads of Biomedical in MOH directorate, Royal, Military & National Guard.
- Handle KOLs complaigns related to sales/service issues personally
- Develop Sales of Service business models based on KOLs feedbacks and market potentials.
- Develop respective funnel and share with Sales and service leadership
- Share inputs with the service team on spare parts stocking and recommendations based on opportunities
- Collect customer feedback, and enhance processes
- Monitor service contracts execution efficiency and status across contract duration
- Close follow up with area service supervisor in the kingdom to achieve their realized sales in their areas .
- Increase no. of service contracts & open a new potential
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Service Sales roles within the kingdom (Medical background is preference)
- Exceptional skills in building good relation with KOLs and managing Key Accounts
- Proven track record of delivering results and high initiatives
- Strong organization skills
- Strong interpersonal skills including communication, collaboration and negotiation capabilities and leadership
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Ability to independently set and manage multiple competing priorities
- Ability to extensively travel through the country
