Role Purpose

This role is responsible for the strategic management of the business development and sales activities within the Business segment, responsibilities include the development and implementation of sales plans, establishing and meeting sales targets, leading and controlling teams, to achieve business objectives and KPIs. The responsibility also includes leading the initiatives of strategically promoting and selling of new products and services within the Business segment, developing the sales network and upholding a positive brand image in the market.

Job Accountabilities & Activities

  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned Division
  • Strategize and execute innovative ideas for business growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Establish relationships with high-level decision makers within the industry
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentation to both customers and new/exiting vendors.
  • Sole contact for vendors; ensuring a very clear channel of communication on all aspects of performance, product feedback etc.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews with the vendors.
  • Establish and Maintain relationships with automotive groups, industry leaders, and partners.
  • Stock Orders & pricing
  • Implement marketing plans with the coordination with the marketing team
  • Monitor the branches performance for the product.
  • Ensure all the branches have the correct skills, approach and understanding to achieve/exceed their targets.
  • Support with the customer visiting when required
  • Support with the latest shipments arrive with the details of (types, list prices, stock…)
  • Technical support
  • Have market insights from the industry via trades and news and market intelligence to drive Division wise performance.
  • Partner with other key players (Executives, Customer Success Managers, Technical Sales Engineers and Product) in the organization to strategize and close high-value opportunities.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Engineering background is a plus
