Your Role

As the National Aerospace Manager, you will act as a product and business manager of the Kuehne+Nagel Aerospace team with focus on contributing to the overall Aerospace business and product portfolio. Your focus will be on business development, financial performance, and delivering high-quality, solution-oriented service to customers. This role requires a strong understanding of aerospace supply chain needs and effective coordination with internal teams, customers, and partners to ensure Kuehne+Nagel is the top choice for high-value aerospace logistics.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop business strategies to drive growth by identifying new opportunities, engaging potential customers, and exploring new markets to expand the Aerospace footprint.
  • Manage budgets and financial performance.
  • Oversee and manage all business and product activities within the Aerospace vertical.
  • Responsible for maintaining and ensuring procedures are updated that ultimately deliver customer.
  • Perform regular audits (process, procedures, trainings, operations) to make sure that all countries are working in line with the Global Policies & Guidelines.
  • Gather market intelligence and industry trends and feedback to the Aerospace Product Team.
  • Provide business implementation and customer support for all new customer.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, industry regulations and QSHE standards/procedures.

Your Skills And Experiences

  • In-depth knowledge of aerospace industry supply chain needs and available supply chain solutions.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the aerospace or logistics industry.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and performance metrics.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with an ability to drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
