المهام والوصف الوظيفي:
- استلام المنتج التام حسب يومية الإنتاج ( وصف - كمية - تصنيف - حالة )
  • تخزين المنتجات بعد الإضافات وعمل التحويلات وإنهاء الدورة المستندية كاملة

  • صرف المواد تبعاً للحاجة مع الإلتزام بإجراءات الصرف الفعلية والمستديمة والإلكترونية مع مراعاة تاريخ الصلاحية ( الوارد أولا يصرف أولا ) أو الوارد مؤخراً يصرف أولاً

  • الترصيد الدوري لحركة الأصناف وتقديم سندات الصرف والشحن لمشرف المستودعات لعمل التقارير

  • مراجعة الأرصدة الفعلية بشكل دوري مع مشرف المخازن

  • التجهيز الدوري للجرد الشهري وتقديم محاضر الجرد بشكل منتظم

  • الإقفال اليومي والدوري للتعاملات من خلال برنامج المخزن

    • - تقديم تقارير عن حالة المخزون ( سريع الحركة - بطيء الحركة - الراكد ) بالتعاون مع مدير المخازن
    الشروط والمهارات:
    • درجة الدبلوم او البكالوريس في ادارة سلاسل الامداد او تخصص ذو صلة
    • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في نفس المجال
    • الالمام بالامور المحاسبية وعمل المستودعات اضافة الى برامج الاوفيس

    اللغات المطلوبة للوظيفة:
    • الإنجليزية-جيد
