  • مطلوب موظفة استقبال وخدمة عملاء للعمل لدى عيادات فايتاليا لطب الجلدية والأسنان

    • موقع العمل: مدينة الخبر - الحزام الاخضر
  • ساعات العمل: من الساعة الثانية مساءً حتى العاشرة مساءً


    • المهام والمسؤوليات:
  • استقبال المرضى والزوار والترحيب بهم بطريقة احترافية

  • تنسيق المواعيد وجدولة الحجوزات

  • الرد على المكالمات والاستفسارات عبر الهاتف ووسائل التواصل

  • تقديم الدعم والمعلومات اللازمة للمرضى حول خدمات العيادة

  • التعاون مع فريق العيادة لضمان تجربة عملاء مميزة

    • الشروط والمهارات:
    • خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في مجال الاستقبال أو خدمة العملاء ويفضّل في القطاع الطبي
    • إجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي وبرامج المكاتب
    • الالتزام والانضباط في مواعيد العمل
    • مظهر لائق ومهارات تواصل ممتازة
