الوصف:
مسؤول عن بيع المنتجات العقارية للعملاء، وتقديم الحلول التي تلبي احتياجاتهم، وإبرام الصفقات والعقود، ومتابعة إجراءات البيع والتسليم، مع الحفاظ على علاقات مميزة مع العملاء والمطورين العقاريين.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
- تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية المحددة.
- بيع المنتجات العقارية للعملاء وتقديم الحلول المناسبة لهم.
- التفاوض وإبرام الصفقات والعقود مع العملاء، وتحديد مواعيد التسليم.
- متابعة كافة المنتجات والخدمات المقدمة من الشركة بشكل مستمر.
- تقديم تقارير المكالمات اليومية وخطط العمل الأسبوعية والشهرية والسنوية.
- بناء علاقات قوية مع شركات التطوير العقاري والملاك الرئيسيين.
- تطوير العلاقات مع العملاء الحاليين واستقطاب عملاء جدد.
- التعامل الفوري مع مشكلات وشكاوى العملاء لضمان رضاهم.
- إعداد تحليلات لتحديد احتياجات العملاء وإمكانياتهم المالية واقتراح الحلول المناسبة.
- تحقيق النتائج البيعية ضمن الجداول الزمنية المحددة.
- تنسيق جهود المبيعات مع الفريق والإدارات الأخرى.
- مراقبة تحركات السوق والمنافسين وتقديم التقارير اللازمة.
- الحصول على العروض العقارية والتواصل مع كبار الملاك.
- تنفيذ أي مهام أخرى يكلف بها من المدير المباشر.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- خبرة في المبيعات العقارية.
- مهارات تفاوض وإقناع ممتازة.
- مهارات تواصل وعلاقات عامة قوية.
