تعلن شركة توارد العربية عن توفر فرصة وظيفية مميزة للانضمام إلى فريقها في الرياض بمسمى: مهندس معماري/مدني خبرة بالأمانة والمشاريع.
نبحث عن كفاءات متمكنة تمتلك خبرة إشرافية على مشاريع مقاولات، إضافة إلى القدرة على متابعة الإجراءات البلدية.
- الإشراف على المشاريع السكنية والتجارية منذ مرحلة التصميم وحتى التسليم.
- متابعة الإجراءات النظامية والقانونية مع الأمانة والجهات ذات العلاقة.
- إعداد ومراجعة المخططات الهندسية وفق اشتراطات الأمانة والأنظمة البلدية.
- التنسيق مع المكاتب الهندسية والاستشاريين لضمان تنفيذ المشاريع بأعلى جودة.
- إدارة فرق العمل ومتابعة تقدم الأعمال ميدانياً.
- خبرة سابقة في المكاتب الهندسية الكبيرة.
- معرفة جيدة بالأنظمة والإجراءات القانونية لدى الأمانة.
- خبرة مثبتة في الإشراف على مشاريع متنوعة (سكنية وتجارية).
- قدرة على إدارة الوقت وإنجاز المعاملات بكفاءة
