متدرب/ـة أخصائي عمليات موارد بشرية (تمهير)

الموقع: غرب الرياض

مدة التدريب: 6 أشهر

نوع التدريب: حضوري

المهام الرئيسية:

دعم فريق الموارد البشرية في تنفيذ العمليات اليومية (اجراءات التوظيف وإنهاء الخدمة ,الملفات، العقود، الحضور والانصراف).

متابعة رصد المخالفات المهنية وتطبيق الإجراءات التأديبية حسب السياسات الداخلية ونظام العمل.

المساهمة في تحديث بيانات الموظفين وتوثيق العمليات.

التنسيق مع الأقسام المختلفة لتنفيذ سياسات الموارد البشرية.

استخدام أنظمة الموارد البشرية المختلفة (مثل ERP أو SAP أو غيرها).

المتطلبات:

درجة البكالوريوس في تخصص الموارد البشرية أو إدارة الأعمال أو ما يعادلها.

إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة (شرط أساسي).

مهارات جيدة في برامج Microsoft Office.

معرفة جيدة بنظام العمل؟

القدرة على التعلم السريع والعمل ضمن فريق.
