المتطلبات:
خبرة عملية لا تقل عن سنة في مجال التوظيف أو الموارد البشرية.
مؤهل بكالوريوس في إدارة الموارد البشرية أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
إجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي وأنظمة التوظيف الإلكترونية.
مهارات جيدة في اللغة الإنجليزية (تحدثًا وكتابةً).
مهارات تواصل قوية والقدرة على استقطاب الكفاءات.
الالتزام بسياسات الشركة وإجراءاتها والأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية.
إعداد وتقديم تقارير دورية عن المبيعات والعمليات والأداء المالي للإدارة العليا.
