مقدمة


نبحث عن مشرف سلامة ذو خبرة في أعمال الهدم والإزالة للانضمام إلى فريقنا في مشروع بالمدينة المنورة. سيكون مسؤولاً عن تطبيق معايير السلامة والصحة المهنية وضمان سلامة العمال والموقع أثناء جميع مراحل التنفيذ.

المسؤوليات


  • الإشراف على تطبيق خطط السلامة والصحة المهنية في الموقع.
  • متابعة التزام المقاول والعمال بإجراءات السلامة أثناء أعمال الإزالة.
  • إجراء جولات تفتيش دورية وتوثيق المخالفات والإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • الإشراف على تجهيزات السلامة (معدات الوقاية، لوحات التحذير، الحواجز).
  • التنسيق مع إدارة المشروع لضمان مطابقة الأعمال لمتطلبات السلامة.
  • تقديم تقارير يومية/أسبوعية عن حالة السلامة في الموقع.
  • تدريب وتوعية العمال على إجراءات السلامة.

المؤهلات


  • درجة الدبلوم أو البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو السلامة المهنية (أو ما يعادلها).
  • خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في السلامة المهنية (يفضل في مشاريع الهدم أو الإنشاءات).
  • معرفة جيدة بالأنظمة والمعايير المحلية والدولية (OSHA, NFPA, أو ما يعادلها).
  • قدرة على التواصل الفعال وتطبيق القوانين بحزم.
