The Project

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Defining project management approach, technical services, and resource requirements.
• Delivering objectives in line with the Project Execution Plan and KPIs.
• Managing budgets, schedules, risks, and quality systems throughout the project lifecycle.
• Leading meetings, site walks, and ensuring accurate documentation of changes.
• Coordinating stakeholders and maintaining robust communication and governance.
• Driving health, safety, and wellbeing standards at all stages.
• Overseeing risk management and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Supporting net zero carbon goals through proactive project delivery.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Strong technical knowledge to challenge projects/design/proposals.
• Good knowledge of Building Safety legislation, Building standards, construction contracts, professional appointments and Health & Safety legislation.
• Membership professional body MCIOB/MAPM/MRICS.
• Middle East experience is an advantage.
