Job Summary

The Sr. Developer role requires a seasoned professional with 8 to 12 years of experience in Android iOS and React Native development. The candidate will work from the office during day shifts and may require travel. Expertise in Finance & Accounting and Automotive Industry domains is essential to drive impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality mobile applications using Android iOS and React Native technologies to meet client requirements and enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and implement innovative solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility and design within the Finance & Accounting and Automotive Industry domains.
  • Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications by conducting rigorous testing and debugging processes.
  • Maintain code quality organization and automation to ensure efficient development practices and project success.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster skill development and project efficiency.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve application development processes.
  • Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects and client satisfaction.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for application development processes and updates to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain application reliability.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in Android iOS and React Native development with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Finance & Accounting and Automotive Industry domains to develop tailored solutions.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality applications that meet client expectations.
  • Show proficiency in agile development methodologies and tools to enhance project management and delivery.
  • Display strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
