تنسيق عمليات استلام وتخزين وصرف المواد الزراعية والمنتجات، وضمان دقة بيانات المخزون من خلال التوثيق الدوري، بما يضمن توافر المواد اللازمة لاستمرارية العمليات الزراعية دون انقطاع، مع الالتزام بالأنظمة والإجراءات المعتمدة.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
- متابعة استلام المواد والتأكد من مطابقتها لأوامر الشراء والفواتير.
- تسجيل بيانات المخزون في النظام المحاسبي أو نظام إدارة المخزون.
- تنظيم المواد في المستودعات لضمان سهولة الوصول وسلامة التخزين.
- إجراء الجرد الدوري والمفاجئ ورفع تقارير الفروقات.
- التنسيق مع الأقسام (المشتريات، الزراعة، اللوجستيات) لتلبية الاحتياجات.
- متابعة تواريخ انتهاء صلاحية المنتجات الزراعية والمواد الكيميائية.
- إعداد تقارير المخزون الأسبوعية والشهرية ورفعها للمدير المباشر.
- تطبيق معايير السلامة والجودة داخل المستودعات.
- المساهمة في تحسين العمليات وحل مشاكل سلسلة الإمداد.
المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة:
- دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في إدارة سلاسل الإمداد، إدارة أعمال أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة سنتين على الأقل في المخزون أو التنسيق اللوجستي (ويُفضل في المجال الزراعي).
- إجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي وبرامج ERP أو أنظمة المخزون.
- القدرة على تحمل ضغط العمل وتنظيم الوقت.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة والعمل بروح الفريق.
