الوصف الوظيفي:
نبحث عن شخص نشط واستراتيجي للانضمام إلى فريقنا كممثلة مبيعات مؤقتة. يعد هذا الدور محورياً في دفع نمو المبيعات، تعزيز العلاقة مع العملاء، وضمان تحقيق أهداف المبيعات.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية في المبيعات
- التفاعل مع العملاء: بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء الجدد والحاليين، لضمان تلبية احتياجاتهم وزيادة نسبة الحفاظ على العملاء
- تحقيق أهداف المبيعات: العمل على تحقيق وتجاوز الأهداف الشهرية والربع سنوية الخاصة بالمبيعات
- العروض والترويج: تقديم عروض المنتج والخدمات للعملاء المحتملين وتشجيعهم على الشراء
- تحليل السوق: جمع المعلومات السوقية لتحديد فرص النمو وإعداد تقارير دورية لمساعدة الإدارة في اتخاذ قرارات استراتيجية
المهارات والكفاءات الأساسية
- مهارات التواصل: مهارات تواصل شفهية وكتابية ممتازة لتمكين التفاعل الفعال مع العملاء والزملاء
- القدرة على بناء العلاقات: القدرة على بناء والحفاظ على علاقات طويلة الأمد مع العملاء
- القدرة على حل المشكلات: امتلاك القدرة على معالجة التحديات وإيجاد حلول مبتكرة لضمان رضا العملاء
- الحماس والتحفيز الذاتي: الحماس للعمل بجد لتحقيق النجاحات والقدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل مع توجيه ذاتي
المؤهلات والخبرات المفضلة
- الدبلوم أو درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة سابقة في مجال المبيعات أو دور مشابه تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- معرفة استخدام أدوات المبيعات والتكنولوجيا الحديثة.
- دافع للتعلم المستمر واتباع أفضل ممارسات المبيعات.
