Key Responsibilities – Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and E-Commerce Excellence
- Sales and Target Achievement: Proactively generate, qualify, and close sales leads to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for Nice one products and services.
- Customer Engagement: Interact with potential and existing customers through digital platforms, calls, and in-person meetings, delivering exceptional service and ensuring satisfaction at every stage of the sales process.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of Nice one’s offerings, staying well-informed about the latest products and promotions to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Order Processing: Accurately manage sales orders and customer data using digital tools and Nice one’s e-commerce systems, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and follow-up.
- Market Outreach: Identify new sales opportunities in Jeddah and surrounding areas through networking, research, and participation in retail events and promotions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, logistics, and customer care teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and support overall business objectives.
- Feedback and Reporting: Gather customer feedback, monitor competitors, and prepare regular sales performance reports to contribute actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail, sales, or e-commerce environments preferred, with an emphasis on digital sales channels.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, with strong interpersonal skills for building customer relationships.
- Comfort and competency with digital tools, CRM systems, and mobile technology.
- Results-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong organization and time management abilities, able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
