What You'll Do
The Middle East Learning & Development team is seeking a motivated trainee to support L&D operations in our Riyadh office. This role is ideal for undergraduate students passionate about Human Resources and people development, eager to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
You will work closely with experienced L&D professionals, supporting both day-to-day logistics and broader learning initiatives. The internship offers a unique opportunity to understand the inner workings of talent development in the consulting industry and to build foundational skills for a future career in L&D or HR.

What You'll Do
The Middle East Learning & Development team is seeking a motivated trainee to support L&D operations in our Riyadh office. You will work closely with experienced L&D professionals, supporting both day-to-day logistics and broader learning initiatives. What You’ll Gain

- Orientation Week Support (run monthly)
- Coordinate and help run monthly orientation programs for new joiners, including:
- Creating session agendas (Outlook & PowerPoint)
- Coordinating with IT for equipment and technical readiness
- Preparing new joiner lists from HR databases
- Managing meeting room bookings and logistics
- Responding to ad hoc requests and managing intake Slack channels
- Providing on-site technical support during sessions
- Training Operations (Consulting & Business Services Staff)
- Support back-end processes for internal training programs:
- Maintain participant lists, track attendance, and manage waitlists
- Send training invites, reminders, and follow-up communication
- Update training trackers and run reports as needed
- Assist with logistics for local, regional, and global trainings
- Riyadh Office L&D Coordination
- Serve as the key liaison for all Riyadh-based staff and Dubai-based L&D team:
- Fully own logistics and in-office support for all local training programs
- Promote training opportunities and drive learner engagement
- Partner with key functions for session execution:
- IT: Technical setup, Zoom links, loaner laptops
- HR: HR onboarding sessions and communications
- Reception: Room bookings, catering, and setup
- Studying towards a relevant bachelor's degree —preferably in Administration, HR, L&D or similar—and be eligible for an Internship- COOP program.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and take ownership
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment
- Fluency in English
