What You'll Do
As an Event Intern based in Saudi Arabia, you will support the Events team with key tasks related to vendor onboarding and venue sourcing across the Kingdom. You will work closely with the Event Manager and other internal team members to help ensure the smooth planning and execution of events. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in the field of event coordination while working with a high-performing and collaborative team.
In This Role, You Will
You will report to the Middle East Event Manager and collaborate with the regional Events Team, as well as local vendors and stakeholders in Saudi Arabia. You will be a valued member of a collaborative team that emphasizes learning, support, and delivering high-quality experiences.

What You'll Do
As an Event Intern based in Saudi Arabia, you will support the Events team with key tasks related to vendor onboarding and venue sourcing across the Kingdom. You will work closely with the Event Manager and other internal team members to help ensure the smooth planning and execution of events. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in the field of event coordination while working with a high-performing and collaborative team.
In This Role, You Will
- Assist in identifying and sourcing venues for BCG events throughout Saudi Arabia.
- Support the onboarding process of new event vendors and partners, including collecting required documentation and ensuring compliance with BCG policies.
- Maintain a database of vendors and venues across key cities in Saudi Arabia.
- Coordinate with local service providers to obtain quotes, availability, and proposals for events.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, project tracking, and documentation.
- Provide logistical support during the planning phase of events and help ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Be flexible in supporting other event-related tasks as assigned, which may fall outside of vendor onboarding and venue sourcing.
- Help uphold safety, security, and quality standards during event planning and execution.
- Being organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in completing tasks.
- Communicating professionally with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Managing your time effectively and prioritizing competing tasks.
- Learning quickly and working independently with minimal supervision.
- Being flexible and adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Current University Student (preferably in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field)
- Available for COOP internship
- Strong interest in event management or operations.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia as needed for venue visits or events.
You will report to the Middle East Event Manager and collaborate with the regional Events Team, as well as local vendors and stakeholders in Saudi Arabia. You will be a valued member of a collaborative team that emphasizes learning, support, and delivering high-quality experiences.
