نحن بصدد البحث عن مهندس معماري – تخطيط للانضمام إلى فريقنا للإشراف على مشروع في مكة المكرمة. ستعمل على تحويل التصاميم التخطيطية والمعمارية للمساحات الخارجية إلى واقع ملموس مع ضمان توافقها مع المعايير الفنية وأهداف المشروع. ستتعاون مع الأقسام الداخلية والجهات المعنية لضمان التنفيذ الناجح.


المسؤوليات


  • إعداد ومراجعة المخططات التصميمية لتنسيق المواقع.
  • الإشراف على تنفيذ جميع الأعمال الخاصة باللاندسكيب (المسطحات الخضراء، الأرصفة، الممرات، عناصر الفراغات الخارجية).
  • متابعة الجودة وضمان الالتزام بالمواصفات الفنية والمعايير التصميمية.
  • التنسيق مع المقاولين والموردين والمهندسين من التخصصات الأخرى.
  • معالجة أي مشكلات فنية قد تظهر أثناء التنفيذ.
  • إعداد تقارير دورية عن تقدم العمل.


المؤهلات


  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية (تخصص تخطيط).
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 9 سنوات في تصميم وإشراف مشاريع اللاندسكيب.
  • إلمام جيد بأنظمة الري والإضاءة الخارجية وعناصر التصميم الحضري.
  • إتقان برامج التصميم والتخطيط (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp أو ما يعادلها).
  • مهارات قوية في التواصل وإدارة الموقع.
