تعلن شركة راز الماسية العقارية عن توفر شاغر وظيفي بمسمى مهندس/ة معماري للانضمام إلى فريق المشاريع في جـدة


المهام والمسؤوليات:

  • إعداد الرسوم التخطيطية للبنايات مع مراعاة التنسيق الداخلي والمحيط الخارجي.
  • تقديم النصائح والإرشادات لتحقيق أقصى استفادة ممكنة واستيفاء الغرض الأساسي من المبنى.
  • متابعة المشروع والإشراف عليه في جميع مراحله لضمان تنفيذ الأعمال بجودة عالية.
  • إيجاد الحلول الفعالة في حال ظهور أي عقبات أثناء عملية البناء.
  • إجراء المراجعة النهائية والتأكد من تسليم المشروع كما هو متفق عليه.
  • حصر الكميات الخاصة بأعمال التشطيبات.


المؤهلات المطلوبة:

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية.


المهارات المطلوبة:

  • إجادة استخدام برامج التصميم الهندسي مثل:
  • 3ds Max – SketchUp – Revit وغيرها.
  • القدرة على مراجعة اللوحات الإنشائية والتأكد من توافقها مع التصميم المعماري.
