تعلن شركة راز الماسية العقارية عن توفر شاغر وظيفي بمسمى مهندس/ة معماري للانضمام إلى فريق المشاريع في جـدة
المهام والمسؤوليات:
- إعداد الرسوم التخطيطية للبنايات مع مراعاة التنسيق الداخلي والمحيط الخارجي.
- تقديم النصائح والإرشادات لتحقيق أقصى استفادة ممكنة واستيفاء الغرض الأساسي من المبنى.
- متابعة المشروع والإشراف عليه في جميع مراحله لضمان تنفيذ الأعمال بجودة عالية.
- إيجاد الحلول الفعالة في حال ظهور أي عقبات أثناء عملية البناء.
- إجراء المراجعة النهائية والتأكد من تسليم المشروع كما هو متفق عليه.
- حصر الكميات الخاصة بأعمال التشطيبات.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية.
المهارات المطلوبة:
- إجادة استخدام برامج التصميم الهندسي مثل:
- 3ds Max – SketchUp – Revit وغيرها.
- القدرة على مراجعة اللوحات الإنشائية والتأكد من توافقها مع التصميم المعماري.
