مقدمة
نحن بصدد البحث عن مهندس لاندسكيب متخصص للانضمام إلى فريقنا للإشراف على مشروع في مكة المكرمة. ستعمل على تحويل التصميمات المعمارية إلى واقع ملموس مع ضمان توافقها مع المعايير الفنية. ستتعاون مع الأقسام الداخلية والجهات المعنية لضمان التنفيذ الناجح للمشروع.
المسؤوليات
- الإشراف على تنفيذ جميع أعمال تنسيق المواقع والمناطق الخضراء.
- متابعة الجودة وضمان الالتزام بالمواصفات الفنية.
- التنسيق مع المقاولين والموردين.
- حل أي مشكلات فنية قد تظهر في الموقع.
- إعداد تقارير دورية عن تقدم العمل.
المؤهلات
- درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة اللاندسكيب أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في إشراف مشاريع اللاندسكيب.
- معرفة قوية بالأنظمة النباتية والري والإضاءة الخارجية.
- مهارات تواصل وإدارة موقع ممتازة.
