المسؤوليات:

  1. تقييم المواقع وأنظمة البناء وحساب تكاليف المشروع.
  2. إعداد دراسات مالية ودراسات جدوى للمشاريع العقارية. (التكاليف, الهيكلة المالية, العوائد, التدفقات النقدية).
  3. تحليل البيانات السوقية (عرض، طلب، منافسة، اتجاهات الأسعار).
  4. إعداد تقارير احترافية توضح التوصيات والنتائج والسيناريوهات المحتملة.
  5. مراجعة المخططات الهندسية من منظور الجدوى والتكلفة.
  6. التنسيق مع فرق الإدارات المعنية.
  7. متابعة تحديثات الأنظمة والاشتراطات البلدية والجهات التنظيمية.
  8. المساهمة في تحديد أفضل استخدام للمواقع .


المؤهلات والمهارات:

  1. بكالوريوس هندسة (مدنية/معمارية/تخطيط) أو تخصص عقاري مرتبط.
  2. خبرة في دراسات الجدوى (يفضل 3+ سنوات).
  3. خبرة في للأنظمة العمرانية والتخطيطية.
  4. مهارة في تحليل البيانات وإعداد التقارير.
  5. قدرة على تقييم المخاطر والفرص.
  6. إجادة برامج أوفيس (Excel،Power Point…
