Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst (محلل أعمال) to join our dynamic team. This position focuses on the administrative and operational aspects of our business, aiming to contribute significantly to the development and enhancement of business efficiency. The Senior Business Analyst will meticulously document procedures, update operating models, and analyze processes to ensure elevated institutional performance and informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of operational efficiencies and quality management principles, accompanied by the capability to synthesize data into actionable insights. This role requires robust collaboration with various departments to align operational requirements with organizational goals while fostering continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on administrative and operational dimensions.
- Proven experience in accurately documenting current operational procedures and policies.
- Expertise in updating and formulating operating models in alignment with organizational objectives and best practices.
- Proficient in preparing analytical reports and studies that identify strengths and opportunities for improvement in operations.
- Experience in Business Process Reengineering (BPR) to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse departments to interpret their needs into clear operational requirements.
- Experience in supporting consulting and management teams in developing process maps and defining performance indicators.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to formulating practical recommendations and solutions that support project objectives.
- Strong understanding of operational documentation standards and organizational changes.
- Experience in conducting workshops and stakeholder meetings to communicate findings and propose enhancements.
- Excellent command of both Arabic and English, with proficiency in oral and written communication.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) at an advanced level.
Job Responsibilities:

- Update and draft operating models that align with the organizational objectives and industry best practices.
- Prepare analytical reports and studies that highlight areas of strength and opportunities for enhancement within operational processes.

- Ensure the standardization and timely update of all operational documentation in accordance with organizational changes.
