The Project

This is an opportunity to be involved in the delivery of major sports stadiums and associated projects in Saudi Arabia. Mace is currently delivering the programme which will require high-calibre and experienced people to lead teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Oversee the delivery of metalwork packages, ensuring the general contractor’s proposals meet structural, architectural, safety, durability, and aesthetic requirements.
• Review and challenge fabrication drawings, installation sequencing, welding standards, and corrosion protection strategies to ensure compliance and quality.
• Monitor the construction supervision consultant’s (CSC) inspection of fabrication, installation, and quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to project and regulatory standards.
• Escalate critical issues, delays, or non-conformances to project leadership, supporting timely resolution and risk mitigation.
• Ensure seamless integration of metalwork with other packages and the overall stadium design, coordinating across disciplines.
• Facilitate coordination between the general contractor, CSC, and structural consultants to resolve technical queries and maintain alignment.
• Support the implementation of robust quality control measures throughout fabrication and installation phases.
• Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and compliance with specifications and standards across all metalwork activities.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
• Professional qualification (or equivalent).
• 15+ years of experience.
