We are looking for a reliable and efficient Messenger to join our team on a roads and highways construction supervision project in Riyadh. The Messenger will play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication and document transfer between various project sites, offices, and stakeholders. This role requires excellent organizational skills, punctuality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Document and Parcel Delivery:

  • Collect and deliver documents, parcels, and other materials between project sites, offices, and stakeholders promptly and securely.
  • Ensure all deliveries are made accurately and timely, obtaining necessary signatures and confirmations as required.

• Communication Support:

  • Facilitate effective communication by relaying messages, instructions, and information between project team members and stakeholders.
  • Assist in distributing project-related documents, plans, and reports to relevant parties.

• Administrative Assistance:

  • Support the project management team with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
  • Maintain an organized record of deliveries and receipts, ensuring all documentation is up to date.

• Logistics Coordination:

  • Coordinate with the project administration to schedule deliveries and pickups, optimizing routes and schedules for efficiency.
  • Assist in the transportation of small equipment and supplies as needed.

• Customer Service:

  • Provide courteous and professional service to all team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Address any delivery-related inquiries or issues promptly and effectively.

• High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certification or training in office administration is a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar messenger or delivery role is preferred.
• Familiarity with the roads and highways construction sector is advantageous but not required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment and administrative procedures.
• Ability to navigate and travel efficiently within Riyadh.
• Must be fluent in English and Arabic.
