What You'll Do

• Menu Optimization & Digital Operations: Assist in reviewing and optimizing online delivery menus for clarity and performance. Support item naming, category structuring, and overall menu organization. Collaborate with the team to ensure accuracy and improve customer experience. 2. Kitchen SOP & Food Production Support: Help develop and refine kitchen standard operating procedures (SOPs), including prep flow and packaging guidelines. Observe and document food preparation processes at partner stores. Assist in basic food handling and, if capable, support food prep or simple recipe development. 3. Offline Store Operations: Conduct store visits to evaluate operations, layout, cleanliness, and equipment usage. Help document store standards and identify opportunities for workflow optimization.
  
  

What We Need From You

• Able to communicate fluently in Arabic and English. 2. Interest or basic knowledge in food, cooking, ingredients, or the F&B industry. 3. Willing to work on-site in restaurants and observe food preparation processes. 4. Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn. 5. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
