About The Role
As a Merchant Marketing Communications Associate, you will play a key role in elevating Tamara’s presence across our merchant network. You’ll be responsible for developing and managing marketing materials, coordinating merchant events, and supporting partners with everything from co-branded assets to in-store activations. Your focus will be to ensure Tamara stands out at every customer touchpoint, helping drive visibility, engagement, and value for both Tamara and our partners.

About The Role

Your focus will be to ensure Tamara stands out at every customer touchpoint, helping drive visibility, engagement, and value for both Tamara and our partners.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and manage marketing materials for our merchant partners.
- Support with co-branded campaigns, assets, and communication.
- Plan and coordinate merchant events and activations.
- Ensure Tamara’s brand is consistently strong across all partner touchpoints, both online and offline.
- Work closely with sales and partnerships teams to build marketing support plans.
- Help measure and report marketing impact with partners.
- Keep an eye on competitor activities and share ideas to stay ahead.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, social media, journalism, translation and languages
- 0–2 years in marketing, partnerships, or communications.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Creative thinker who’s detail-oriented and organized.
- Comfortable working directly with partners and internal teams.
- Good writing skills in English and Arabic.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn about and grow within the BNPL sector.
- Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced industry.
- A collaborative team player who takes initiative and brings a positive attitude to work.
