The Project

This is an opportunity to be involved in the delivery of major sports stadiums and associated projects in Saudi Arabia. Mace is currently delivering the programme which will require high-calibre and experienced people to lead teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Supports the MEP Lead by ensuring compliance with Mace standards across all construction activities and site environments.
• Manages MEP construction delivery, including programme adherence, health, safety & wellbeing, quality assurance, and commissioning.
• Coordinates with key stakeholders, building strong relationships with Clients, Consultants, Trade Contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Deploys strategic project plans aligned with Mace’s operating framework, focusing on initiatives like Prefabrication (C2P), Commissioning, and Safety.
• Leads programme reviews with trade specialists, utilizing digital tools to monitor productivity, resolve blockers, and manage trade coordination, while identifying risks to the critical path.
• Directs the Quality Assurance process, ensuring high standards of installation and adherence to agreed procedures by all contractors and consultants.
• Implements commissioning strategies in line with Mace standards, including IST, ATPs, and Soft Landings, while driving project close-out activities.
• Promotes continuous improvement, identifying risks, producing mitigation plans, and contributing to net zero carbon transition through proactive carbon management.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree and (or vocational equivalent).
• 15+ years of experience.
