We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Building Environments team as a MEP BIM Lead. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, working on real-world projects.

Your key duties

• Lead and manage MEP BIM projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to address technical challenges.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align project objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate project progress, providing regular updates to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
• Train and support design team in Revit usage and BIM workflow best practices
• Train and mentor junior team members to enhance team capabilities.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering e.g. Mechanical or Electrical.
• Extensive knowledge and expertise in the relevant discipline for design stage delivery.
• Advanced proficiency in technical tools and software related to the role (Revit, Navisworks, ACC).
• Expert Revit user with experience in MEPF disciplines.
• Experience of setup and administration of ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects effectively.
• Strong MEPF coordination experience (Both inter-discipline and with Architecture, Structure etc.)
• Solid understanding of international BIM Standards and workflows such as ISO19650 and US BIM Forum LOD Specification.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with automation systems and tools such as Dynamo and Grasshopper is advantageous
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
