Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Meeting & Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of meetings and events, ensuring seamless experiences for our clients and guests.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of meetings and events, from initial planning to post-event follow-up
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored event proposals
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure cost-effective solutions
- Manage event budgets and timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met
- Oversee on-site event logistics, including setup, audiovisual equipment, catering, and guest management
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Create and distribute event-related materials, such as agendas, schedules, and promotional content
- Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare comprehensive reports for management and clients
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovative event concepts to enhance our offerings
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards for all events
